TITLE Work Life Balance of Female Employees at Zest Wings Informatics Private Limited
ABSTRACT Employee-employer relations significantly influence talent retention, productivity, and overall organizational performance in IT firms. This study examines these dynamics at India Infoline Limited (IIFL) in Hyderabad through a survey of 100 employees, revealing strong agreement on communication and resources but gaps in supervisor support. Findings indicate positive correlations with performance metrics, offering recommendations for enhanced relational practices.
