TITLE A Study on Warehouse Operations in Sricity, Tada, Andhra Pradesh
ABSTRACT This study examines warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, workforce coordination, and employee perceptions. Analyzing primary data from 102 employees using Chi-square and correlation techniques, findings reveal high satisfaction with safety and teamwork. Results show a significant link between training and efficiency, and communication and error reduction. Recommendations include regular skill development, improved feedback systems, and stronger supervisory involvement to enhance productivity and maintain an inclusive work environment.
